Endless pop-up food stalls, flowing champagne, crafted cocktails, live music and entertainment – March into Merivale 2016 was certainly launched with style!
Stretching along the CBD’s Ash Street, cascading up through the ivy, through the Ballroom and into the Pool Club, the launch party was bigger, more extravagant, and more food fuelled than ever. It was everything you love about Merivale, all in one place, and for only one exclusive night.
With the theme of the evening being indulgence, it would have been rude of us not to indulge in all the amazing food on offer…and so we did…resulting in some very full stomachs, and a serious state of “food coma”.
What We Ate:
Ash St. Cellar
Ash St. Paella
Mint choc chip ice-cream sandwiches
Organic lamb shoulder, potato and summer green mash
Poached sweet bug
Kingfish Ceviche Tostada
Smoked Cowra lamb ribs
Ranger’s Valley Wagyu with chimicurri
Juicy fried chicken, sambal mayo
Deep fried tofu, chilli and crushed peanuts
Alaskan Crab omelette
The March into Merivale Launch Party officially launched the multitude of exclusive and mouth-watering Merivale meal deals, events and experiences occurring throughout February and March 2016.
